Does my guest need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code at their seat and open the menu in their mobile browser. An internet connection is needed to submit an order.
Can I serve international guests?
The menu supports Greek and English. You add your own product translations through the application.
Where do I manage my account and subscription?
At app.umbrellaorder.com, using your business account. From there you can choose a plan and open billing management. You do not need a separate account on this website.
How does the guest pay?
Guests pay at the venue, using cash or a card according to the methods you offer. Online payment for the UmbrellaOrder subscription is for your business and is separate from guest payments.
How do I set up a new venue?
Create an account in the application, enter your venue details and set up your menu, seating and team. Before sharing it with guests, place a test order using a QR code.
